HELP: How do i get my husband to stop snoring?

My husband is snoring much more and much louder than he ever has before this past week && a half or so. I feel like i have to fight for sleep at night. Last night i even had too wear ear plugs. But eventually, they started to fall out && i couldn’t get them back in without hurting. So i end up frustrated && not being able to sleep again. He says his throats been swollen && sore && his sinuses have been acting up a little. Please if you know some kind of cure or pill or something that’ll help, for the love of sleep, let me know!!
I don’t have money or insurance to go see a doctor.

I try the elbow in the ribs thing like 10 times a night, doesn’t work. He wakes up b*tches, then goes back to sleeping and snoring again.

Obviously from what he says he has a sinus infection or something. Take him to the doctor. The doctor will prescribe.

If it’s not an infection he may have apnea. Again, go to a medical professional.

Action is better than complaint.
